Missn

Your day is a mission.
The end of work is the landing.

Missn puts your calendar and tasks on one timeline, plans your free gaps, keeps private appointments visible in the middle of the workday — and hides work the moment you call it a day.

Missn on iPhone: Today with the flight path to the end of work, events and a task in a free gap

For iPhone and iPad · iOS 27

Three moments a day. That’s all it takes.

MORNING

Get ready for launch

“Plan your day” shows the day at a glance and puts your tasks into the free gaps. One tap on “Start the day” and the rocket lifts off.

The morning plan: events, free hours and today's tasks
DURING THE DAY

In flight

Appointments and tasks share one timeline. Private appointments stay visible as an orange island, and invitations show what they would do to your day before you accept.

Today at noon: the dentist is on right now, an orange island in the middle of the workday
EVENING

Landing

When work is over, it disappears. Whatever is still open flies along as cargo into the next day — tomorrow is a new launch.

Off duty: the rocket lands on the planet, an open task rides along as cargo

Everything in its place.

The inbox with work and personal tasks

The inbox

Everything without a fixed time waits here until a gap fits. Missn tells you how much of it still fits today.

The week: hours for work, personal and free time, each day as a bar below

The week at a glance

Work, personal life and free time for every day — and when each day's work ends.

Today after hours: work is paused, only personal events are shown

After hours

Once you're off duty, Missn hides everything work. Personal plans stay, work waits until tomorrow.

NEW IN 2.1

On the iPad, too.

More room for your day: the cockpit sits beside the timeline, and the week becomes a grid. Through your private iCloud, everything matches your iPhone.

Missn on the iPad: the timeline with the event that is on now on the left, the cockpit with the arc to off duty and the tasks that fit on the right

Cockpit beside the timeline

The arc to off duty, invitations and what still fits into today’s gaps – always in view.

The week as a grid

Seven days side by side, the inbox next to them. Drag tasks straight onto a day and a time.

The same on both devices

Tasks and settings sync through your private iCloud. We never see any of it.

Coming soon

Soon on your wrist.

Not another planner, just the glance: what’s on now, how long until off duty, and a quick tick.

Invitations with consequences

Before you accept, you see what the meeting pushes aside: overlaps, displaced tasks, a late end of work.

Captured in a sentence

“Follow up with Müller tomorrow 10am 30 min” — Missn picks out the day, time and duration and suggests a gap that fits.

Bring your tasks

Lists from Apple Reminders stay linked to Missn: new items land in the inbox, and what you tick off is done on both sides. From Things, Notes or any other app, share tasks to Missn or paste a whole list.

Everything stays with you.

No account, no server, no tracking. Missn reads your calendars right on the device and sends none of it to us. Tasks sync between iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud – we never see them.
